Who we are

This website is operated by Centelha D'Êxito Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal, with a registered address at Caminho das Searas 50, Vilamoura, 8125-417, Portugal ("we," "us," "our").

What data we collect

  • Contact/email capture: if you sign up for early access via the Coaching hub or Ceiling Diagnostic pages, we collect your email address.
  • Consulting bookings: if you book a Consulting session, payment is processed by Stripe and scheduling is handled by Calendly. We receive your name, email, and booking details from these providers.
  • Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. This involves cookies and the transfer of some data to Google, including outside the European Economic Area.

Why we collect it

  • To provide the services you request (booking a Consulting session, sending early access updates)
  • To understand and improve how this website is used
  • To meet our own legal and accounting obligations

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (email capture, analytics cookies), the performance of a contract (Consulting bookings), and our legitimate business interests (understanding site usage).

Who we share data with

  • Vercel — website hosting

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

International data transfers

Google Analytics may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is done under legally recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to request a copy of it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Portugal's data protection authority.
