That’s because, things like burnout, inconsistent energy levels and fatigue are all real side effects of not paying enough attention to your body and mind. 

These aren’t just buzz words. Ignoring they can lead to a depleting motivation, loss of concretisation or forgetfulness. It can even result in increased illness and physical symptoms such as shortness of breath, heat palpitations and chest pains. 

All of which will consume much more of your time or even put you out of action completely. 

Helps to Strengthen Your Relationships. 

This is key in the real estate industry. Almost all top producing agents accredit their sphere of influence in achieving the levels of success they accomplish. 

As well as transferring into other habits in your life. Building a consistent habit of self care also gives you the chance to recharge, breath and regroup your thoughts.

Resulting in better relationships with those you come in contact with. By taking time out to focus on you, you are allow yourself the chance to be more rested and balanced.

This translates into being more understanding, patient and considerate in your interactions with others. Helping to build solid relationships that are respected and praised.

By focusing on your self care through getting enough sleep, practising mindfulness and getting enough exercise. It will improve your level of focus, concentration and in turn lead to increased productivity. 

Exercise alone can help with your memory and thinking. Whilst getting enough sleep not only supports this is also improves your decision making abilities and your motivation. 

By making time for yourself you also enhance your self esteem. Because people who take care of themselves are generally more positive. Meaning they view themselves in a positive light and bring more value to what they do. Cutting out the time wasting activities that so often act as a decoy for those struggling with low self esteem.
